STRATEGIES FOR FUTURE GROWTH

EXISTING PROJECTS - OYUT OVOO & KHAR YAMAAT

Further conversion of Oyut Ovoo's resources to reserves. At present just over 8% of the total 1201 hectares has been explored, this leaves a vast area for further discovery and development;
Solid off-take and transportation agreement secured with China Railway Mongolia Investment LLC("CRMI"), a subsidary of China Railway
Only 5.96% of the 20.03 km² Khar Yamaat alluvial gold mines has been explored. Our geologists estimate at least 3 tons of alluvial gold deposits in the total area
The Company expects to have production in the second half of 2011 as the beneficiation of alluvial (or placer) gold is a simple and fast process

PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE FUTURE

Strategic Partnerships with State Owned Enterprises "SOE"
Mining and off-take arrangements to maximise “Shareholder's Return” and mitigate risks along to prepare for future acquisition with enhanced execution and minimising capex
