The Company owns two alluvial gold mines located in Khar Yamaat, Khonger and Sharin Gol Soum of Darkhan Uul amiag, North Mongolia, approximately 180 km north of Ulaanbaatar.

Based on the geologist report submitted to the Minerals Department of Mongolia, 0.3247 tons of gold deposit has been confirmed within 1.194 km² of the 20.03 km² total concession area. Our geologists estimate that there are no less than three tons of gold in the two mines. The area is located within the geological confirmed Shariin Gol gold belt, where proven gold occurrences and mining are in the vicinity.
